There are Two Sides to Being AAPI In the Workplace
On one Side, AAPI professionals seem well-represented. We’re highly employed and we’re high earners. But on the Other Side, long-held bias toward our community makes us less likely to be promoted to leadership levels. Consequentially, only 2% of C-level roles, 4.6% of executive roles, and 5.9% of managerial roles are held by AAPI people.
Our goal is to shine a light on the Other Side and spark much needed change in corporate America.
